Burlesque Dance Troop. You know we absolutely adores burlesque. Unfortunately we were not able to see these fabulous women while we were in New Orleans, so we'd appreciate a review from someone out there! Thanks. Call ahead for the hours. Many of the shows are at One Eyed Jacks. This is the address we list here.

The Mardis Gras Museum
If you take in one kitchy tour, you have to do this. Take the ferry over to Algiers, and the tour bus will be waiting to take you to the original Mardi Gras Museum. There's something really wonderful about taking in the history of the Mardi Gras, and all of the beautiful floats that have been built and are stored in this place. On the way back, don't forget to stop at Madame LaVeau's to pick up some love potion #9 and some ju ju beads.
